    I purchased tickets with my airlines and due to covid we were unable to come. The tickets expired. We are from Canada and were unable to come. Is there anyway my tickets can be extended?

    I am sorry to hEAR your trip was postponed and is still in limbo but when the time is right The Most Magical Place On Earth is anxiously awaiting your return. With the Know Before You Go page Guests can stay current on the latest guidelines and procedures being implemented around Walt Disney World to provide Guests and Cast Members with a healthy and safe environment. 

    Guests with unused Walt Disney World Tickets can apply the cost of their tickets towards the purchase of new and updated Walt Disney World tickets. Guests have a couple of options to start this process, first is calling (407) 566-4985 to speak to a Cast Member. They will help you with your request and set you on your way. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST and it is wise to call earlier rather than later because they are experiencing a high call volume. Another option is to reach out to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage via email, ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com , in which you should include:

      *Your Name

      *Phone Number to be reached

      *Purchase Confirmation Number or all the 12-digit Ticket ID Numbers

      *Purchasers Name

      *Where and When the tickets were purchased 

      *Form of payment at the time of purchase

      *Your request to purchase new tickets and the time frame you are looking to return

    A Cast Member will respond to you and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo assist you with updating your Walt Disney World ticket question.
