Hi there Connie,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! It sounds like you'll be visiting the Happiest Place on Earth in just a few days - how exciting! It'll be here before you know it.
I love visiting the parks with a large group. While it can feel a bit hectic at times when trying to wrangle a bunch of people, there are so many fun new memories to make together as well.
If you purchased all the
theme park tickets and made your group's
theme park reservations for your trip, but now need to share each individual group member's ticket with them, then you'll want to just link your tickets through the Disneyland Resort mobile app.
To do this, each group member will need to download and log in to the
Disneyland Resort mobile app on their phone. Then, they'll select the menu button (the three horizontal lines), tap "My Tickets & Passes," and then "Link Tickets & Passes." From here, they'll have the option to use their phone camera to scan their ticket barcode or manually type in the ticket ID.
My suggestion would be to take a screenshot of each person's ticket and send it to them so they can link their ticket in their own mobile app. Alternatively, you could all do this quickly together as one large group when you meet up outside the entry gate on the first day of your visit! After you scan your ticket for the first time to enter a park, you'll then see the option in the mobile app to purchase
Disney Genie+ Service.
Keep in mind that this service also includes
unlimited digital downloads of all your Disney PhotoPass photos! This is a great and easy way to capture magical memories from your trip, so make sure to encourage your group to stop at as many of the PhotoPass photographers as you all can!
Thanks again for your question, Connie! I hope you have a wonderful visit to the Disneyland Resort.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
