I purchased 5 tickets from AAA for 1 day passes for 5 people. we are wanting to make reservations for the 3rd of May for Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. Purchased Park Hopper Tickets

Hello, Frederick, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the Panel with your question. I'm happy to help you with your park reservation question today.

I checked the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar and park reservations are available at some parks on May 3, 2021. There is currently no availability on May 3 for Disney's Hollywood Studios. I would recommend making park reservations soon if this is the day you would like to visit Disney's Animal Kingdom. At this time, a park reservation is not required after the first park, so you could use your Park Hopper to visit Hollywood Studios after 2:00 p.m.

Please keep in mind that reservation requirements are subject to change. You can read all about the return of the Park Hopper option during the phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort on disneyworld.com.

Since you have already purchased your theme park tickets, you can make a theme park reservation through the Disney Park Pass system. Currently, all Guests ages 3 and older must have a park reservation to enter the theme parks. There is a "Know Before You Go" video on disneyworld.com with instructions on how to make a park reservation. I've also shared simple step-by-step instructions below.

    1. Sign in to your Disney account on the My Disney Experience app.
    2. Select all members of your party from your family and friends list.
    3. Select the date you wish to visit.
    4. Select the park you want to visit.
    5. Select the time you will arrive.
    6. Review your reservation details and confirm.
If you have any trouble making a park reservation, you can also speak with a Cast Member. Call (407) 566-4985 or email ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com for further assistance.

Please let us know if we can help you with any other questions before your visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

    Have a magical day!
