Gayle,
Thanks for your question to planDisney!
So this is an easy one, and within just a few minutes you should be up and running!
On a computer: Start by going to the main Walt Disney World site and hovering over
My Disney Experience from the top menu, at the far right. In that drop down menu, select
"My Plans". You should see a series of circles lined up horizontally, one each for different kind of reservation. There is one for resort hotel reservations, park tickets, park reservations, and dining. The third circle should say
"Park Tickets". When you hover over it you will see a
"Link Tickets" button pop up. Click on that, enter your confirmation numbers for the tickets, and it will add them to your plans.
On a smartphone: If you are doing this on the
My Disney Experience App on a smartphone, click on the three vertical bar menu button on the lower right corner of the app. From there you should see a button for
"Tickets and Passes". After clicking that, you will see a
"Link Tickets and Passes" button. Just add your confirmation numbers, and you should be set!
BONUS TIPMake sure everyone in your party has the My Disney Experience App downloaded and ready to use on their smartphones. It has so many fantastic tools that make your day in the parks easier. One example is the ability for you to find when and where a specific character can be found. I cannot tell you how many times we found Mary Poppins just as she was leaving to attend to the Banks children. This app would have saved us so much time running around needlessly in search of the right Disney characters.
Have a Magical Vacation!
