Hello, I purchased a ticket and that person can no longer attend, can I change the name of the ticket for another person?

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Laura!

I'm so thrilled about your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort! Did you know that when you visit it will be Halloween Time? You can experience festive decorations, specialty treats, and Halloween-themed attractions! To learn more about the 2024 Halloween season, please check out the Disney Parks Blog

Regarding your question, I understand a member of your group can no longer attend. Don't worry, I have some good news to share with you: it is not necessary to correct the name of a ticket if there is an error or if another Guest will use it. This is because the Cast Member will take a photo of each person in your group to assign the ticket to the Guest when you arrive at the Theme Park entrance. Thereafter, the ticket belongs to the designated Guest.

Nevertheless, I understand if you would still like to update the name associated with the ticket. You will need to call the Tickets phone line. A Cast Member can help you with this modification. It's a good idea to have your Ticket Confirmation Number before calling.

Laura, did you know that you can use the Disneyland App to enter the parks, check attraction wait times, and place Mobile Orders for food and drinks? These are just a few of the many features available on the mobile app.

I hope this answers your question, Laura. I wish you and your Guest the spookiest visit!

    Your Pal,
    Alejandra
