    Rhiannon from ME Asked

Hi there! I purchased a ticket for my mom who is a florida resident and I tried to verify her residency online at time of purchase but it did not work. Is there a way I can try again so we can skip the ticket window line? Thanks for your help!

Hi Rhiannon and welcome to planDisney! I’m so happy to hear your mom will soon be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort! I hope you tag along too!

I’ve been right where you are. I am a Florida Resident and I have completely forgotten about validating my Proof of Residency online a few times. I’m so sorry to report that she now has visit a ticket window or Will Call location to activate her ticket.

Rhiannon, I may have an option that might be convenient. If she is going to be enjoying some shopping or a meal at Disney Springs the day before she visits a theme park, she can absolutely visit the Disney Springs Guest Services location to activate that ticket.

Before her vacation, please let her know she should make a Disney Park Pass Reservation for the theme parks she would like to visit. It’s a really quick and easy step we all have to take before we can visit the parks.

I hope I’ve been helpful. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. It’s always our pleasure to help you with the details of your family’s next magical visit!
