Disneyland Resort Halloween

    We purchased a ticket earlier this year and assigned it to my mom, unfortunately we had to cancel our trip and are now making reservations for October. However my mom will not be going and we’d like to reassign it to my daughter. How can this be done?

    Welcome to planDisney, Karen! I'm happy to see that you have a visit to the Disneyland Resort planned for October! 

    I'm sorry to hear that your mom won't be able to make it for your trip, but please don't worry. Your daughter will definitely be able to use that theme park ticket. Your first option when it comes to changing the name is to call Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 before your visit. You can also reassign the name when you arrive at the turnstiles to enter the park. The Cast Member will take pictures of everyone in your party and assign a ticket to each of you and you can assign the ticket to your daughter at that time. She will be good to go!

    There's so much Halloween fun to enjoy during your next vacation! I love seeing the Mickey pumpkins on Main Street U.S.A. and Mickey and his friends look so cute in their Halloween costumes!
