planDisney! Thanks for sending us your question about theme park tickets for the Walt Disney World Resort!
If you have unused tickets that have expired, you can still use the price you paid for those tickets as a credit toward the purchase of new tickets. To start the process, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:
-Confirmation numbers you received when you purchased the tickets
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
Explain your situation in the email and in a few days, a Disney Cast Member may send you a new confirmation number or information about how to apply the value of those tickets to new theme park tickets. Before you know it, you can start your planning!
