I do have some potentially excellent news to share. If you purchased your tickets on the
Disneyland Resort website and selected a date at the time of purchase, then you have already booked a theme park reservation. The Disneyland Resort website allows Guests to secure a ticket and reservation in one easy transaction. That may be why the system is telling you the date isn’t available to you because you already have it booked.
To confirm your theme park reservation, you may visit
My Reservations online, then sign in with your Disneyland Account information. Any reservations you have booked will then be listed for you there. And should you need to change your visit date for some reason, you may also use My Reservations for that as well.
Another thing you may want to do before arriving is to download the
Disneyland Mobile App. Using the app, you can store your tickets, access a map with real-time wait times for attractions, and even order food for easy pick-up. I highly recommend the app.
