Heigh-Ho Nicole,
I am happy to help with your Walt Disney World ticket mystery and provide some ways to solve this conundrum. As you are aware after Guests purchase their Walt Disney World tickets they must make a Disney Park Pass reservation for the park they are interested in visiting. Entrance is only guaranteed once you have first
linked your Walt Disney World ticket to the Guests, and then made your
Disney Park Pass reservation.
Typically, when Guests purchase their Walt Disney World tickets online Guests can have their tickets delivered by either email (which means you will receive a Confirmation number to link in your My Disney Experience), mailed via the U.S. Post Office or choose Express Shipping via the U.S. Post Office. But it seems you did not receive an email and clearly did not have them mailed. I encourage you to reach out to a Cast Member for further assistance. Guests can call (407) 939-7679 beginning at 7:00 a.m. EST or
follow this link to inquire via email. In the subject line choose Existing Ticket Inquiry and provide the following information:
*Name of Purchaser
*Phone Number for contact
*Date of Purchase
*My Disney Experience account tickets may be linked to
*Form of Payment
Another option is to use the Chat With Us feature in your
My Disney Experience app. Simply open your app, select the menu option in the lower right-hand corner and choose Chat With Us. Type in your inquiry with detailed information and a Cast Member will help as soon as they can. Currently, phone lines and Chat With Us are experiencing a high volume so I would rise and shine early and reach out in the hope of a shorter wait time.
I hope the following suggestions resolve your issue and set you on your way to the next step of planning. We look forward to Welcoming your Home Soon and may your upcoming visit be filled with many magical and memorable moments.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
