I purchased three tickets for Disneyland but there are no reservations. What can I do?

    Hi Agustin,

Thanks so much for reaching out to us at planDisney with your question. I'm so sorry to hear that you're having a hard time securing theme park reservations. Let's take a deep dive into your question, and hopefully, we can find a path to the magic for you.

If you purchased your tickets through the Disneyland website, you likely would have been asked to select a date for your visit. While I know it can sound like making a theme park reservation is a separate step, selecting the date in the ticket purchase process makes the reservation for you. So, first things first, let's make sure you aren't already holding those reservations. If you head into the Disneyland app, tap the three-line icon in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Future Plans". Here, you would see any upcoming reservations. See anything in here? I'm hoping so!

If you do not have reservations secured, it might take a bit of faith, trust, pixie dust ... and some patience, but all hope is not lost. Guests are always changing their plans, and reservation availability can open up at times. The trick here is to keep checking. With all three of the tickets already in your account, you should be able to make reservations for them at the same time. Head back into the app and tap the "+" in the bottom navigation bar, selecting "Make a Park Reservation". You can click the "Park Ticket Availability" link to see the calendar - be sure to toggle to your ticket type at the top. This is where I would keep checking. If you do see availability, hit the back button, select "Make or Modify Park Reservations", choose your tickets, and follow the instructions from there. You might have to have your fast fingers at the ready, but I'm going to wish upon a star that your park date opens up for you!

Agustin, I sure hope you make it to the parks next week. If you plan to visit Disneyland Park, Season of the Force is bringing the Star Wars saga to life throughout Tomorrowland and Galaxy's Edge. You won't want to miss the limited-time return of Hyperspace Mountain - epic, in my opinion! And I even heard that Luke Skywalker has been seen roaming around Batuu. Whether you're a Jedi or a member of the First Order, the force will find you!
