Welcome to planDisney, Kara! We are happy to have you here to assist with your
vacation planning questions.
During the
phased reopening period of Walt Disney World Resort, theme park capacity is limited and attendance is being managed with the
Disney Park Pass reservation system. All Guests will need a reservation as well as
theme park admission to enter a theme park. In order to make a Disney Park Pass reservation, Guests must have theme park tickets linked to their
My Disney Experience account.
Without knowing specifically what type of tickets you purchased, it will be hard for me to pinpoint exactly why you are having difficulty. I'll do my best to point you in the right direction. Based on the information you provided in your question, I am guessing you may have purchased the Florida Resident Discover Disney 3-day ticket. These tickets were originally valid through June 30, 2020, and were extended for use through September 30, 2020. Although the ticket may have expired, the value of the ticket remains and can be applied to the purchase of a new ticket. Currently, there is a special ticket offer for Florida residents, the 3 or 4-day
Florida Resident Disney Magic Flex Ticket. These tickets are good through December 18, 2020, with blackout dates November 21-28.
Your best bet will be to
call the Existing Tickets line at (407) 566-4985. A helpful Cast Member will be able to look up your confirmation number and the information in your account and let you know what your ticket options are.
I hope that helps! Please let us know if we can answer any additional questions as you plan your visit.
