Howdy, Natalya.
I’m always glad to see a fellow Texan here at planDisney, so welcome back! In less than two months, you’ll be immersed in the EARidescent excitement of the
50th Anniversary Celebration. Hooray! Be sure to check out the
Beacons of Magic each night. They will take your breath away!
I’m sorry you are having issues with your
Memory Maker purchase. Before you call Guest Services, let me first walk you through the proper steps for linking it to your
My Disney Experience account online. If you have any issues after trying the steps below, I suggest you go ahead and call the friendly Cast Members at the My Disney Experience and MagicBands line at (407) 939-4357 for further assistance.
- Go to the Link Reservations and Purchases page.
- Select “Memory Maker” from the options on the screen.
- Enter the confirmation code for your Memory Maker purchase exactly as it appears (it’s case sensitive).
- Click “Next” to assign the Memory Maker to your name, and you should be good to go.
Did you know you can check for
Disney PhotoPass locations via the the interactive map feature in your
My Disney Experience Mobile App? It’s true! Just click the drop-down menu at the top-middle of the map and select “PhotoPass” to see a list of available Disney PhotoPass locations near you. You can also use the interactive map to look for
Character Experiences by selecting “Characters” from the drop-down menu options. You will definitely want to take advantage of this since
traditional character greetings are being phased back in at the Disney Parks soon. To me, this is a quintessential component of the
Walt Disney World Resort vacation experience, and I am so glad they are returning!
Natalya, don’t forget to make your Theme Park Reservations via the
Disney Park Pass page now that your theme park tickets are linked. Availability at some parks can sell out, so you’ll want to do this as soon as possible if you haven't already. Let us know if you have further questions along the way, and enjoy your trip!
You are the magic,
Alyssa
