    I purchased a Southern California 3 day pass and lost my ticket. What can I do?

    Welcome to planDisney, Randy! I’m so sorry to hear you’ve misplaced your theme park ticket to the Disneyland Resort! Let’s see how we can figure this out.

    The SoCal Resident Ticket offer is such a great deal for California residents. I have some really good news! Your ticket expiration date has been extended and is now valid through December 16, 2021. It’s also important to remember, SoCal Resident tickets are now subject to the following blockout days: July 4, 2021 and November 20-27, 2021.  
    Randy, see if you can retrace your steps. Check through your email for your eTicket information when you made the purchase. If you still can’t find your tickets or your confirmation email, reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member will be happy to help you.

    When you do get your ticket issue resolved, the next step is to make a theme park reservation. After following the instructions on this web page, you will be ready to enjoy your magical visit after just a few quick clicks!
