Hi there, Michelle! We are honored that you stopped by the planDisney website with your question. Living in the Golden State allows you to take advantage of the
Southern California Resident Ticket Offer. If you are a local, this is an excellent way to experience the magic on the weekdays!
The last two years have been filled with lots of uncertainty, and unfortunately, COVID-19 caused us to cancel many of our best-laid plans. I'm sorry to hear you could not use the remaining two days on your theme park tickets. Typically, Disneyland Resort doesn't issue refunds for unused tickets, but they did extend the expiration dates on select tickets. I looked up the
Theme Park Tickets Modifications and Cancellations on the Disneyland website, and it states, "If you purchased a promotional Southern California Resident Ticket, the expiration date will be extended through December 16, 2021."
I know this is not the news you were hoping to hear, but I encourage you to reach out to
Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 to see if they can assist you. The expiration date on your tickets will likely be an issue, but according to
Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort Theme Park ticket may be applied towards purchasing a new Theme Park admission ticket at the current price, so it's worth a phone call. The phone lines can get busy, so try to call first thing in the morning.
I'm sending some pixie dust your way, Michelle! If you have any more questions about The Happiest Place on Earth, please send them our way. We hope to see ya real soon!
