Donald from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I purchased a SoCal 3 day pass before Covid but now I can’t find my ticket confirmation number. They disappeared from the Disney App also if I recall correctly. Can you help me find my unused tickets from January 2020? Thanks.

Welcome to planDisney, Donald! I’m so glad you’ve stopped in to visit us with your planning question. I’m happy to help you figure out your ticket situation, so that you can enjoy your next visit to the Disneyland Resort!

I always try to take advantage of special offers when I visit the “Happiest Place on Earth” and the SoCal Resident Ticket offer is just that! It’s a great value for California residents. I’m happy to report that your ticket expiration date has been extended and is now valid through December 16, 2021. It’s also important to note, SoCal Resident tickets are now subject to the following block-out days: July 4, 2021 and November 20-27, 2021.
If you purchased tickets through the Disneyland App, your eTicket can be found in the “Tickets & Passes” section of the App. If you can’t find your tickets in the Disneyland App or on your Disneyland Resort account on the website, don’t worry. Check through your email for your eTicket information when you made the purchase. If you can’t find your tickets or your confirmation email, reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member will be happy to help you.

After your tickets are sorted out, don't forget to make your theme park reservations! This page on Disneyland's official web site will give you all the details.

Donald, before you make your way to Disneyland Resort, take a look at the Experience Updates page on Disneyland’s official site. It will give you all the information about the health and safety measures being taken around the resort during your next magical visit.

I hope I’ve been helpful. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. It’s always our pleasure to help you!
