Hakuna Matata… it means no worries! I had a similar experience with
merchandise that I purchased at
Walt Disney World Resort, after my last visit a few months ago. A Cast Member was able to help resolve my
merchandise concerns online after a few emails. I’ll be more than happy to point you in their direction so you can hopefully get the correct size.
What you will want to do is contact Merchandise Guest Services by emailing them at, merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com. Describe your issue in detail and include a copy of your receipt and a photo of the
merchandise. They may request more information, but from my experience, this is what you will want to start off with. Once they receive your email, they will reply with options to find the solution that will work best.
