    Am having trouble with our lightsaber! We have replaced the batteries, reset the saber light, and replaced the KYBER crystal, but we still only get the “fzzzzzt” sound. It’ll light up periodically, but won’t stay on. Please help us - you’re out only hope.

    I hope you enjoyed your experience building a custom lightsaber at Savi's Workshop on the planet Batuu at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. This is one of my favorite experiences - you can feel the Force flowing as you assemble and activate your lightsaber, and the stories of the Jedi and Sith truly come to life here. I'm sorry to hear you are in need of a repair droid!

    My youngling recently visited Savi's Gatherers and built his own lightsaber. He loves showing it to his friends and wielding it, trying to channel his favorite character, Darth Maul. Because my son channels the mysterious power of the Sith, he thinks the Jedi are interfering with his lightsaber, because like yours, it has stopped working. 

    Luckily, Obi-Wan Kenobi is not our only hope! I received a dispatch from C-3PO with instructions for getting assistance from a Gatherer. Contact Merchandise Guest Services by emailing merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com. Describe your issue in detail and include your receipt (or a copy of your credit card receipt or Guest folio) along with photos of the problem. They also request a video of the malfunction to help them diagnose and determine next steps. Once they receive your transmission, they will reply with options to return your lightsaber to fighting form.
