    I purchased a FL Resident 4-Day Discover Disney Ticket with Park Hopper Option on 1/24/2020. Covid19 occurred and Disney closed during the time I wanted to use the ticket. It won't let me add it to my profile.

    Welcome to planDisney, Mitzi! Being Mickey’s neighbor definitely has its perks! There are always wonderful Special Offers available for Florida Residents and I’m so glad you were able to take advantage of this offer. I’m happy to tell you how can still use those tickets as a credit toward new theme park tickets. 

    The first thing to do is to send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:

    -Confirmation numbers you received when you purchased the tickets

    -Include your name

    -Daytime telephone number where you can be reached

    -Where and when the ticket was purchased

    -Purchaser’s name

    -Form of payment used 

    A Cast Member will respond to your message in a few days and let you know how the amount you paid for your tickets can be applied to new theme park tickets. They definitely aren’t lost and you will be able to enjoy some time in the theme parks!
