We purchased fl resident annual passes and have the printed exchange certificate. Can I get them exchanged for the real passes at my resort ( fort wilderness campground) when we check in or do we have to go to one of the parks? Thanks

    Hi Angela,
Thanks for your question! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I just spoke with one of the incredibly friendly Cast Members at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and she tells me that the resorts can NOT swap your Exchange Passes for your Annual Passes at the concierge desk. You MUST do this at a ticket window at one of the theme parks or at Guest Relations at Downtown Disney.

Please know that once your passes have been swapped, they are activated, meaning the start date on your pass is the date you make the swap, not the date you first use your pass. I mention this because it's a little different than how Magic Your Way tickets work with respect to start dates.

Angela, I hope you enjoy your Florida Resident Annual Passes and all the fantastic perks that come along with them. Feel free to check out the link I left for you to see what you can look forward to this year.

    Best Wishes,
    Amy B.
