    We purchased refillable mugs last month but plan on returning in Feb. Instead of purchasing another set of mugs, can we pay to reuse them during our next trip? Reactivating accounts would make sense for the environment & avoid a collection of unused m

    Hi Robin! Lucky you to be heading back to Disney World next month! You can absolutely bring back your mug. They will check it to ensure the chip in it is still working, and then you simply have to have it activated for the desired number of days of your stay. And you're right, it's a great way to help the environment!
