We have purchased the quick service dining plan for 2 adults and 2 children. Will we be able to find healthy options? I don't want to feed my kids nuggets at every meal.

Welcome to the Mom's Panel, Doug! I completely understand your concern as I am also a big advocate for healthy eating!  My family also strives on vacation to find healthy options, with a few special snacks added in. On our December trip to Walt Disney World, we purchased the Disney Dining Plan. Although the children's entrees do not vary quite as much as the adults, we did find much more available for children than chicken nuggets and hamburgers. Disney does offer grapes, carrot sticks, applesauce, and Dannon Danimals Yogurt as side items at many of the quick-service dining locations. I looked up a few restaurant menus and wanted to mention some of the healthy options for children that I found. Flame Tree Barbecue at Disney's Animal Kingdom offers a Baked Chicken Drumstick, Electric Umbrella at Epcot features a Chilled Chicken Wrap, and Columbia Harbour House in the Magic Kingdom serves a Tuna Sandwich. Other popular menu items for children are grilled cheese sandwiches, turkey sandwiches, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and macaroni and cheese. Wolfgang Puck Express in Downtown Disney is my family's favorite quick-service dining location on property!  You may also find a greater variety of menu options at some of the Resort Quick-Service Restaurants. My favorite unofficial website for browsing Walt Disney World Restaurant Menus is allears.net. I always visit this site when planning our meals for our Walt Disney World Vacations. I also wanted to mention that you can use a snack credit for purchasing fruit, which makes for a healthier snack option. I hope this information helps. Please write back if you have any other questions as you plan for your upcoming vacation. Best wishes for a Magical Trip!
