Hi. I’ve purchased my Pixie Dust annual pass & will be activating it soon. Will I receive any information in the mail? Should I be watching for anything? Thank you!

Hi Debby, and welcome to the Passholder family! It sounds like you have a pixie-dusted year ahead, so let’s talk about all of your new perks.

In the past, I’ve usually gotten something in the mail when I bought or renewed my annual pass. It’s often been a magnet or booklet highlighting all of our special perks. The offerings are always changing, so it’s a bit of a surprise. But keep an eye on your mailbox in case there’s magic mail headed your way!

Depending on when you activate your Pixie Dust Pass, you might be able to catch the tail end of V.I.PASSHOLDER Summer Days, which runs through July 31st. This includes picking up a complimentary Maleficent magnet at Creations Shop, a special virtual queue to preview the reimagined Test Track, a special character greeting at Der Teddybar, and a 40% discount at select restaurants.

I love how being a Passholder lets me pop into the theme parks on a regular basis, even if it’s just for a few hours! But there is an important change to theme park reservations that I wanted to make sure you didn’t miss.

Currently, you’re able to visit the theme parks without a theme park reservation on a good-to-go day or on other days after 2:00 p.m. (except Saturdays and Sundays at Magic Kingdom). However, for a limited time, this will change when the brand-new nighttime parade, Disney Starlight, debuts at Magic Kingdom. Starting July 20th, Passholders must have a theme park reservation to visit Magic Kingdom, even after 2:00 p.m. on a weekday. The rules won’t change for EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. I can’t wait to see Disney Starlight’s sparkling floats coming down Main Street, U.S.A.!

I’m wishing you many magical memories in the year ahead. And if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome at planDisney!
