    Hi. I have purchased 2 photos from photo pass through my Disney app on April 18th 2019. I've received a confirmation email of purchase but now where can I see my photos to print? I don't see any further direction to see the data. Thanks.

    Hi, Yuki! This is a great question, so I am glad you stopped by to chat with us! My family has made so many picture-perfect memories at Walt Disney World Resort, thanks to all of the Disney PhotoPass photographers. They know just the right moment to snap that memory! We usually include Memory Maker in our vacation plans because we try to stop and grab a picture whenever we see one of those photo-tastic photographers. However, I can certainly understand how you may want just a few epic photos to frame around your home. Let me walk you through downloading those you have purchased.

    You can welcome to unlimited digital downloads of any Disney PhotoPass pictures you purchase. This can be done right within the My Disney Experience mobile app or on the Disney PhotoPass website. You will need to click on one of the pictures you purchased to find the link to download the image. There should also be an option to purchase 4" x 6", 5" x 7" or 8" x 10" prints to go along with the digital download you have already purchased. Since you have already purchased the digital download, the link to download it should be active and ready to use. Once it is downloaded, just head on over to the other picture you purchased and repeat the process. If by chance the download link for either picture is not working for you, I recommend you give a Disney PhotoPass Cast Member a call as they may be the best source for problem-solving your issue.
