    I have purchased passes for this November but now my grandchild has an issue with missing school. Can I put these tickets on hold or do i have to make a new plan for a new date? And also can they be moved to a sooner date rather than later

    Welcome to planDisney, Cantey! It looks like you may have an Autumn visit in the works for the Walt Disney World Resort. I’m happy to help you figure out the dates you will be able to use your theme park tickets. 

    This kind of thing happens all the time! Don’t worry one bit, because you will be able to find a way to use your theme park tickets on a date that is more convenient for you and your family.  

    Cantey, let’s start with logging in to your My Disney Experience account. Go to “My Plans” to see the tickets linked to your account. If you have the option to “modify” your ticket online, you will see the word in blue. In that case you can click on it to modify the date, to change it to your desired date. If you don’t, you would need to call the resort at (407) 939-5277 to speak to a Cast Member. They will be happy to help you! 

    It’s important to remember, if the price for the day you want to visit is lower than the price for the ticket you already purchased, you will not receive a credit or refund for that amount. If the price of the ticket for the day you would like to visit is higher, you would have to pay the difference.
