Hi Donna!
I’d love to try and help you get your tickets linked to your account so that you can reserve your
Disney Park Passes and begin planning your magical park days! A Disney Park Pass is essentially a reservation to enter a specific theme park on a specific day. This is one of the many
changes that Disney is implementing for enhanced Guest safety during Covid-19. As you have discovered, each person that you’d like to make a Disney Park Pass for must have a valid ticket linked to them.
So the first step of the process is to link your purchased
Disney Theme Park Tickets to each member of your travel party. You mentioned that you don’t have ticket numbers. To begin, we need to have a way to tell
My Disney Experience that you have valid theme park tickets. Where to find that number depends on where you purchased your tickets. If you purchased your Disney Theme Park Tickets through My Disney Experience, your tickets probably just need to be matched to each party member. In My Disney Experience, choose My Plans. A new page will open up with your trip details. Scroll down the page until you see the heading My Plans, Reservations and Tickets. You’ll see in small print to the left of the page two options. It will default to Daily Itinerary. Choose the second option Tickets & Memory Maker. This will then show you the tickets you have in your account, and if they are not assigned yet, you’ll have the option to assign each of the tickets to a person in your party!
Did you purchase your tickets from an outside company? Some Guests don’t have an individual ticket number for each person, but perhaps you have a confirmation number? For example, if you ordered your tickets through a Disney authorized ticket broker, even if the tickets haven’t arrived at your mailbox yet, you may have an email with your ticket confirmation number. Under the same My Plans page, look right under the picture of the theme park icons to where you see the blue circles for Family & Friends, Resort Hotel, Park Tickets, Park Reservations, and Dining. Click or hover over the Park Tickets circle and you’ll be given the options to Select Tickets or Link Tickets. When you chose to Link Tickets, the page will request either a ticket number or confirmation number. Even if it is a single confirmation number for multiple tickets, I would go ahead and try that number.
If you are still struggling to find a confirmation or ticket number, I would recommend you contact the company or group that sold you the tickets for assistance in finding the needed numbers. Once you’ve linked those tickets, making your Disney Park Pass Reservations should be quick and easy.
I hope this helps get you on the right track and you can get everything linked easily. If you continue to have issues, you can also consider
calling for tech support. I’ve had to use their services in the past and they are wonderful!
Sending you pixie dust for ticket linking magic!
