We purchased our park tickets through tickets at work for use in July 12 to the 16 2020. Can I still use them this year in August?

    Heigh-Ho Lucia,

2021 is definitely heading in the right direction for Guests to Return to a World of Magic, at Walt Disney World. And with so many who have had to modify their visits to Walt Disney World, your question about Walt Disney World tickets is a great one.

Unused Walt Disney World tickets are non-refundable but can be used towards later ticketed days. An additional cost will be applied if they are used during higher ticketed days, BUT no refund or credit will be offered for lower ticketed days. Make sure to check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar and attempt to make a Disney Park Pass reservation.  If you need to upgrade the cost of your tickets, contact a Cast Member at (407) 939-1942 to help, in order to reserve a higher ticketed day.

As you continue to plan, for your August arrival, stay up to date with exciting news happenings around the Walt Disney World Resort by following the Disney Parks Blog and check out our Instagram (@plandisneypanel) for more Disney Magic.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.
