I purchased park tickets and I think I connected an adult ticket to a child in our party and vice versa. How can I fix it?

Welcome to planDisney, Ellen. Thanks so much for stopping in with your question about Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets. I'm happy to help you!

This has happened to me a few times over the years, but don't worry, it's an easy fix! Any unused ticket linked to your MyDisney account can easily be reassigned. To do so, log on to your account, search for “Tickets and Passes” and select the ticket you would like to reassign.

When you select it, you will see the option “Reassign Ticket.” Click on that option and go ahead and reassign the ticket to the right person for that ticket on your list. Now you will all be ready to enjoy your day at the theme parks!

Ellen, I hope this information is helpful to you. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. It's always our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next vacation!
