    Hello! I purchased park tickets with a hotel. My park tickets are not showing up on my plans, and the park reservation system says that I don’t have tickets. What can I do!?

    Welcome to planDisney, Jenny! I’m so happy to see that you have a plan in the works to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks for sending us your question. 

    Please don’t panic! Just go back to the confirmation email you received for your theme park tickets and make sure to link them to your My Disney Experience account. You can use this page to link tickets, dining reservations and even Memory Maker to your account. 

    Once your tickets are linked you can make your Disney Park Pass Reservations and you will be good to go!

    Speaking of Memory Maker, there are so many awesome Disney PhotoPass opportunities all over the theme parks! You can find them at attractions or when you see Disney PhotoPass photographers near iconic park locations, like in front of Cinderella Castle at the Magic Kingdom Park. These magical pictures make the very best memories!
