    Kathy from TN Asked

I purchased 4 park hopper tickets and I only need 2 for our May Visit. I will be returning again in September. How can I get the park hoppers to be used on the next visit in September

Hey there, hi there, Kathy! Welcome!

Well, how lucky that not only are you getting to enjoy two Walt Disney World vacations, but you're also ahead of the game when it comes to your theme park tickets. That's kind of awesome.

I am working under the assumption that you have purchased four separate tickets and not one ticket with four days. If that's correct, changing your tickets is easy peasy. You'll head to your My Disney Experience account and start with the My Plans tab. You should see your tickets there. Click in, and select the "Change Tickets" option. From here, you should be able to change the dates on the tickets that need to be changed to September.

Keep in mind, Kathy, that Disney tickets use surge pricing, meaning some busier dates are more expensive than others. If there's a change in the price of your ticket, you'll be able to pay the difference once you've selected your new dates.

Now, not so easy peasy is if you have one ticket that is a four-day Park Hopper ticket. In that case, you are asking to split the ticket into two tickets. That would be something that definitely requires a phone call to Guest Services. They'll be happy to help you with whatever options are available.

Kathy, I hope that BOTH of your upcoming Walt Disney World vacations are magical and memorable experiences for you!
