    Shana from CA Asked

I purchased park hopper tickets for June 3rd & reservations only allowed me to reserve California adventure as an all day reservation but noticed now both parks are available as a starting point. How do I change my reservation to add both parks

    Heigh-Ho Shana,

After a long wait, California residents are finally able to return to The Happiest Place on Earth. And while things may look a little different the magic still shines ever so bright for Guests and Cast Members who have patiently waited for this much-anticipated opening. As Guests move forward in planning their Disneyland vacation it is important to read the Returning to a Land of Magic page. Here Guests are able to stay up to date with guidelines and procedures happening at the Disneyland Resort.

If both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Park are available and you wish to visit them, you will need to upgrade your ticket to a Park Hopper option. In order to change your tickets, you will need to call (714) 781-4636 and speak to a Cast Member who can accommodate your request. Cast Members are currently experiencing a high call volume. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. PST and I recommend rising and shining early to make the call because as we know, the early bird gets the worm. Guests, with the Park Hopper option, only need to make a Theme Park Reservation at the FIRST park they plan to visit for the day and MUST enter the Park before Park Hopping. Park Hopping is subject to the park’s capacity and hours typically begin at 1:00 p.m. but check the Park Hours calendar on your Disneyland mobile app for possible updated hours. There is always the chance they start earlier or even later.

Stay up to date with any changes or exciting news by following the Disney Parks Blog and may your upcoming stay be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.
