    I purchased a package (hotel and tickets) through Costco - staying at the Swan and Dolphin hotel. Trying to link my disney reservation # costco gave me to my disney experience account and it tells me it can't find my reservation.

    You are going to love your stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel or Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel

    My absolute favorite thing about staying at one of these two fabulous resorts is the proximity to the theme parks. I love waking up first thing in the morning, grabbing a cup of coffee, and walking to either EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios to be among the first in line to enter the parks for the day. 

    Christine, I believe that the reason that you are encountering issues is that the confirmation number that you received from Costco is not the same as the number you need to enter into your My Disney Experience Account. You can either reach out to Costco or you can call the Walt Disney World Resort Swan or Dolphin directly and they should be able to give you the number once you tell them that you are trying to link your reservation to your account.
