Hi there, Elicia! Welcome to planDisney!
Springtime is my favorite season to visit
Walt Disney World Resort and I'm absolutely twitterpated to hear that you'll be visiting in April of next year! With so much to see and do, you're sure to find magic waiting around every corner. But before we can get you standing in front of
Cinderella Castle, we have to make sure that you're able to access your theme park tickets. I'd love to help!
Elicia, if you purchased your vacation package online, your tickets may already be linked to your account. To look, you'll first want to log into your account online. Then, hover your mouse over the
My Disney Experience tab and click
My Plans. Scroll down past "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" and toggle over to "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker." Here, you should be able to see your theme park tickets and the Guests to whom they're assigned. If you can, that's great - go ahead and make those theme park reservations with the
Disney Park Pass system!
If you don't see your tickets listed here, try to find your confirmation email for your vacation package. Locate the ID Numbers for your tickets, if possible, and link them using the
Link Reservations and Purchases page. After clicking "Select" for Tickets, you can link your theme park tickets and assign them to the Guests in your travel party.
If you've tried the above steps without success, my last piece of advice would be to
call a Cast Member. Try to have as much information as you can handy, including your reservation number and email address connected to your My Disney Experience account. A Cast Member will be happy to take a peek at your reservation and help you with your next steps!
I hope I was able to point you in the right direction today, Elicia! If you have any other questions, please visit us again.
You've got a friend in me!
