Ahoy there, Debra!
Welcome to planDisney and we appreciate you coming to us with your question! I'm glad to see that you're making some early preparations for your visit to the Disneyland Resort later this year. I don't have access to your account details, but I can try and help you troubleshoot.
When did you purchase your tickets?
Reservations are released on a rolling basis 120 days in advance. It's possible that you were a bit early in checking and I would recommend checking again now. I'm currently showing that reservations are available for your visit dates.
Did you purchase your Theme Park Tickets through the main
Disneyland website? Usually, reservations are automatically assigned to your account based on the tickets and dates selected. One way to check would be to log in to your
Disneyland account, then navigate to the
Tickets and Reservations page. From here, click on "Make Park Reservations" to see if there are any assigned to your account. You can also cancel existing reservations and reschedule if needed.
If you purchased tickets from a third party source, you will need to link them to your account in order to make reservations. You can do this by hovering over "My Disneyland" at the main site and clicking on "Link Tickets."
If you are still having issues, I would recommend calling
Ticket Guest Services and speaking to a friendly Cast Member. I'm sure they would be more than happy to help you out!
I hope you are able to sort out your reservation issues, Debra, and that I was of some help. You're going to love visiting the Disneyland Resort over those long Southern California summer days. It's the perfect time to enjoy their new nighttime spectacular,
Wondrous Journeys! And nothing beats walking from a warm summer day into
Pirates of the Caribbean, my favorite attraction!
If there is anything else we can do to help, please feel free to reach out again, Debra! Have a Magical Day!
