Hi, Joyce! We're so glad you stopped by planDisney! I'm happy to help.
In today's day and age, we are getting used to canceled plans. Luckily, even though
Disneyland theme park tickets are non-refundable, your tickets are still valid until their expiration date. One-day tickets purchased this year are valid now through December 30, 2023. You can make new park reservations using the same tickets on the
Theme Park Tickets & Reservations page; click on the option that says "If you already purchased a ticket:" Typically, you can make your theme park reservations 120 days in advance, and the sooner, the better!
When selecting a new day, you'll want to pay attention to the
ticket tiers. If your new desired date is in a higher tier, you may want to consider upgrading. Ticket upgrades are available as long as the ticket is wholly unused and the upgrade is to another ticket of equal or greater value. Disneyland Ticketing Cast Members are available daily from 7:00 am - 9:00 pm PST at (714) 781-4636.
Joyce, the holidays are right around the corner, and it would be an extra magical time to plan your next visit! The Disneyland website has a listing of all the
seasonal events. We hope to see ya real soon!
