I have purchased one day tickets for my in-laws. They do not want magic bands, when will I receive the ticket cards in the mail?

Hey there, Ben! Welcome back to planDisney and thanks for stopping by with such a great planning question.

'Tis the season for giving, Ben, and I can't imagine a better gift for your in-laws than a key to The Most Magical Place on Earth! The only thing more fun than a visit to Walt Disney World Resort is a visit to Walt Disney World Resort with family. Since you'll be visiting during the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts (my favorite EPCOT fest!), you could not be visiting at a better time, and I am so excited for you all! Now, let's tie up your loose planning ends so you can sit back, relax and start your countdown to the magic.

If you purchased One-Day Theme Park Tickets for your in-laws online on your My Disney Experience account, you had the option to have the tickets delivered digitally, via U.S. Domestic Standard shipping, or U.S. Domestic Express shipping for a fee. The default method of ticket delivery is digital, so unless you changed the delivery method when you purchased the tickets, your ticket confirmation information has been emailed to you, and the tickets should be linked to your My Disney Experience account.

If your tickets were delivered digitally, be sure that each ticket is linked to each one of your in-laws' My Disney Experience profiles on your account. Then, they can access their tickets and enter the theme parks using their Disney MagicMobile Pass on their My Disney Experience app. It's as easy as bibbidi, bobbidi, boo!

If your tickets are digital but your in-laws would prefer a physical ticket card, Hakuna Matata! It means "no worries." They can stop by a Guest Relations location outside of the theme parks or in Disney Springs to pick up a ticket card before entering the park. Just be sure they bring the ticket confirmation information and photo IDs.

If you opted for ticket delivery using U.S. Domestic Standard shipping, the physical ticket cards will arrive via U.S. Postal Service approximately two weeks from purchase. If the tickets are being shipped via U.S. Domestic Express (for a fee), they should be delivered via UPS in approximately five days from purchase. It's almost magic time!

I hope this helps, Ben, and I hope you all have the most magical and memorable time together. If you have any other questions about accessing your tickets or anything else, feel free to swing by and ask me directly. You've got a friend in me!

    Stay merry and bright,

    Mandy
