    Diana from CA Asked

I just purchased a one day, one park ticket. Is it possible to upgrade the ticket to park hopper if i already made reservations for one park, can that be turned into my starting park. then upgrade and pay the difference?

Welcome to planDisney, Diana! Your next visit to the Disneyland Resort is going to be awesome! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

I’ve actually done exactly what you want to do! Go ahead and enjoy the first park you’ve made your theme park reservations for. When you’re ready to hop to the next park, head to a ticket window and let a Cast Member know you’d like to add the park hopper option. Just pay the difference and you will be good to go!

My family and I had so much fun with my fellow panelist Kristen when we visited the Disneyland Resort. We hopped from Disneyland Park to Disney California Adventure. My oldest daughter just loved the thrill of the Incredicoaster in Pixar Pier and the smell of cookies coming from Jack-Jack Cookie Num Nums had me craving cookies!

Diana, it’s a good idea to take a look at the experience updates that will be in place at the Disneyland Resort. This way you will know what to expect when you arrive.

I hope I’ve been able to help. Don’t hesitate to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. It’s our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next magical visit!
