We purchased no expiration passes in 2002 and are planning another visit next month. Our dilemma is, we don't know which pass goes to which person. Is there a way to find out which pass belongs to each of us before our arrival?

Unfortunately not. You'll need to take your tickets to a guest relations office or theme park ticket window and have them scanned to ascertain the remaining value of the tickets and which tickets belong to whom. I have run into this problem myself several times and now I usually bring a Sharpie with me to WDW to write on my tickets which one belongs with each person. If you forget to bring a Sharpie with you, you can always borrow one from one of the Kidcot stations at Epcot, which are currently sponsored by Sharpie.
