Can you believe that your trip to
Walt Disney World Resort is less than two weeks away? Before you know it, you'll be standing on Main Street, U.S.A. gazing upon
Cinderella Castle! But first, we need to make sure you can tap into Magic Kingdom Park so you don't miss a minute of the magic. Let's talk about MagicBands!
MagicBands (and
MagicBand+) are a great way to easily unlock everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer. You'll be able to tap to enter the theme parks, unlock your Disney Resort hotel door, and even charge back to your payment method on file. It's like a magic wand that you WEAR! But oh, bother - I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive a prompt shipping update for your original MagicBand. It sounds like you have purchased a second MagicBand (perhaps through
shopDisney?) and are looking to return one. Unfortunately, when looking at the
return policy, it states that MagicBands cannot be returned or exchanged. I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for, but if you have further questions regarding your MagicBand, you are welcome to call a Cast Member at (407) 939-4357. They will be happy to take a peek at your reservation and answer any questions you may have! Jennifer, as I often purchase a new MagicBand to commemorate each trip, you may want to hold on to your second MagicBand for a future trip to look forward to. Not only are MagicBands useful on a trip, but they also make very special keepsakes to treasure and remember my trips once I'm back home!
