I purchased MNSSHP tix's for my September trip however they aren't linked to my MDE nor will it let me link them with the confirmation email I received. So how do I get them linked so they are attached? Thanks!

    Hi Helen,
Thanks for stopping by to ask a question here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is my favorite special event of the year! I'm so excited to hEAR that you're going to enjoy all the fun in September.

I've got to confess, I think it's pretty spooky, so to speak, that you can't link your party tickets to your My Disney Experience account.  I've got a couple of suggestions...maybe we can get these grim grinning ghosts to cooperate and get those tickets linked for you.

First, if you're using the mobile site, I would recommend login to a desktop computer and try that instead.  Sometimes the spirits only materialize on the mobile site; the desktop version may be spirit-free.

Second, I'd suggest giving the friendly Cast Members at Existing Tickets a call. They may be able to give you some assistance.

Lastly, since I see that you're a Florida resident, if you have a visit planned between now and September, pay a visit to Ghost...er, Guest Relations.  I am absolutely certain they will be able to assist you.

Helen, I hope you have a fantastic visit!

    Best HalloWishes,
    Amy S.
