From one fellow Magic Key Holder to another, I bid you greetings! That's great that you were able to secure one of the
Magic Keys back in November when they went on sale for a brief time. My fellow panelist
Danielle C also purchased one then and she waited in the virtual queue for two hours and then spent another three hours waiting at the physical Ticket Booth!
How strange that you never received any information regarding the contract or any payment information. I would recommend calling the Help line for Magic Key Holders on the
Contact Disneyland Resort page. A friendly Cast Member should be able to help you and locate your contract. Alternately, you could try the "Chat with Us" feature in the
Disneyland Mobile App.
I wonder if the confirmation email was routed to your Spam folder? I was able to use the Search function in my email client and located the contract as an attachment to the original Confirmation message. Try searching for "Disneyland Confirmation and Magic Key."
I have loved being a Magic Key Holder and all the perks that come with it! The
Disney PhotoPass downloads alone add so much value to the Key. And have you heard the
exciting news that, as of February 4, you will be able to Park Hop beginning at 11 a.m. as opposed to 1 p.m.? I love being able to enjoy the Magic of the Disneyland Resort year-round! Be sure to follow the Disneyland
