I purchased mine and my husbands annual pass online. Upon purchase my Florida residency was verified but my husbands was not. How do I verify his Florida residency online if possible so I can successfully add him to MagicMobile?

Greetings, Chelsy, and welcome to planDisney! Big congratulations on securing Annual Passes! I know we've all been patiently awaiting their return. Well, maybe not so patiently! But they're back now, so let's see what steps you can take to verify your husband's Florida residency.

I'm a Florida resident, too, and I didn't confirm my residency at checkout for some theme park tickets last year. I discovered that the only way to complete this step online is during checkout, so I'm glad you could confirm your residency. To verify your husband's residency, you must do that in person at any Guest Services location at Walt Disney World Resort. My family always swings by Disney Springs when we first arrive, and the Disney Ticket Center is the perfect spot to accomplish that task. Your husband will need a valid Florida driver's license or other proof of residency, and the friendly Cast Members at the Ticket Center will be happy to take care of him.

The Ticket Center is close to my absolute favorite place in Disney Springs, Gideon's Bakehouse. My pro tip is to go by Gideon's Bakehouse first to place your name on their virtual queue. Then head to the Ticket Center, shop at World of Disney, and wait for a text telling you to return to Gideon's. Take it from someone who has eaten a TON of cookies there; the Peanut Butter Crunch Cookie will change your life!

Enjoy those brand-new Annual Passes, Chelsy, and check out all the perks and discounts that come with them. Please stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
