Hi there, Sophia! Welcome to planDisney.
Oh dear! Let's see if I can help you get to the bottom of this. With your visit in just a few days, I'm sure you would like to have all your plans finalized so you are ready to enjoy the magic!
First, double-check your
My Disney Experience account to see if your tickets for
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party are there. In the
My Disney Experience mobile app, use the menu button in the lower right corner of the home screen to select "Tickets and Passes". Swipe through your tickets to see if you can find your party tickets. If you are on the website instead, use the My Disney Experience drop-down menu in the upper right corner to select "My Plans". Scroll down the page to where you see the banner with the words "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets". On the left side, you should see a blue link for "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker". Click on the link to see if your tickets are there. If you can view your tickets on the website or in the app, you are all set. A
Disney Park Pass reservation is not needed to attend Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, so the party won't show under "Daily Itinerary" or "Future Plans".
Now, if you can't find your tickets in your My Disney Experience account, check your email. You should have received a purchase confirmation email from Walt Disney World Reservations. You can link your tickets to your account using the confirmation number found in the email. On the website, locate the blue circular ticket icon on the "My Plans" page and select "Link Tickets". To link your tickets using the mobile app, go to "Tickets and Passes" and select the blue "plus" button at the top.
If you do not have a confirmation email, give the
Existing Tickets line a call at (407) 934-7639. You'll be able to provide a helpful Cast Member with the email address associated with your account, and they can look up your information.
Sophia, I hope that you'll be able to quickly have everything sorted out. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Wishing you a wonderful vacation!
Anne Marie
