Ka-chow, Courtney.
Welcome to planDisney! Oh boy, your vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth is less than two weeks away. Are you counting down the days yet? I know I would be!
Being able to look back on those priceless memories for years to come is an invaluable gift, so I’m glad to hear you purchased
Memory Maker for your trip. To link it to your My Disney Experience account, click the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your
My Disney Experience mobile app, and select "Tickets and Passes" from the options that appear. Click on the plus sign in the top right corner, then select "Link Tickets & Passes." Enter the confirmation code for your Memory Maker purchase, then click submit and follow the remaining steps to complete the linking process. If you would rather link it online, you can do so on the
Link Reservations and Purchases page when logged into your
My Disney Experience account. If you have any issues, you can call (407) 939-4357 for assistance from a Cast Member on the My Disney Experience and MagicBands team.
Did you know you can use the interactive map feature in your My Disney Experience mobile app to look for nearby
Disney PhotoPass opportunities? It’s true! Just click the drop-down menu in the top-middle of the page and select “PhotoPass” from the options that appear. Taking advantage of this feature will help you get the most use from your Memory Maker purchase.
Pro tip: While the attraction photos and videos should automatically link to your My Disney Experience account when wearing a MagicBand, sometimes they don’t appear as they should. As a backup, make a note of the times you experience attractions with accompanying videos and photos. If you find that any of your pictures are indeed missing, give the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support Team a call at (407) 560-4300. They can use that time stamp information to try and locate your missing photos.
Courtney, I hope you have an absolutely magical trip from start to finish. Say hi to Mickey for me, and we’ll see ya real soon!
Think happy thoughts,
Alyssa
