I purchased the Memory maker for our trip in Sept '19 and am just printing the pictures now. I've gone through all of my zip files and can't find the copyright release! They won't print my pictures without it, is there anything I can do?

    Welcome to planDisney, Jessica!

I love reliving the magic of my Walt Disney World Resort vacations through my Disney PhotoPass photos.  Let's get those photos off your computer and made into prints!

Memory Maker allows Guests to download all their Disney PhotoPass photos for one price.  Once downloaded, they are yours to share however you like (for personal, non-commercial purposes) on social media, email to friends and family, or print at home or through a third party.

There were some changes a couple of years ago to the Disney PhotoPass website and a copyright release is no longer included with your photo downloads.  The limited license can now be found on the Walt Disney World website on the Disney PhotoPass terms and conditions page.  It is a little tricky to find, so I have included the link for you above.

I hope that helps!  Please let us know if we can answer any additional questions.  Enjoy all your magical memories!
