Walt Disney World Resort! To me, the best gifts are the memories that are made with people I care about, and viewing my Disney PhotoPass photos with
Memory Maker is something that brings me a lot of joy when I return home. I'm sorry you've been having trouble viewing your photos and I would love to help you with a few solutions!
First, try accessing your photos with your
My Disney Experience app. Tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner, then tap Photos. In the upper left corner, tap Filter. Make sure that your filters are set to "View All" under both "Locations" and "Family & Friends." Hopefully, this will help you to be able to see all the photos linked to your account!
If you're still unable to see your photos, I would give it another day or two to link to your account. As Fairy Godmother says, "Even miracles take a little time!" However, if you're still unable to view your Disney PhotoPass photos with Memory Maker, my next best piece of advice would be to reach out to a Cast Member. Head to the
Contact Disney PhotoPass Service page and choose "A missing photo" as the type of problem. A little like real-life fairy godparents, they'll do everything they can to locate your photos and link them to your account!
