Hello, I purchased memory maker in 2020 for a trip that got cancelled. I do see it in my account on my computer, but not in my app. Should I see it on my app? I linked tickets for June how do I activate it?

    Hiya, Shannon!

I am so excited to hear that not only are you coming back to Walt Disney World Resort but that you have purchased Memory Maker to capture all of those once-in-a-lifetime magical moments.

As long as you are able to see your Memory Maker linked to your account in the web version of My Disney Experience, you are good to go! In fact, on my last vacation I only saw anything related to Memory Maker in the My Disney Experience Mobile App when it was time to activate my pictures.

Shannon, once you arrive on your first day, and take your very first picture it will then show up in your My Disney Experience Account, both the app and the web version. Under the picture, you will see a button to "activate," which will remove the watermark from your pictures as well as allow you to download them.

I just know that you will get so many wonderful photos, Shannon. Don't forget to ask your friendly neighborhood PhotoPass Photographer about Magic Shots!

    See you real soon!
