I purchased Memory Maker with tickets for 6 adults and we have a 2 year-old in our party. However, my research indicates that only the account holder (myself) will have access to photographers; and if I'm not present, photos won't be taken. Is this

Hi, Sue! Sounds like you have a great adventure planned for your group! I am glad to hear that you have purchased Memory Maker, as you are sure to have so many great pictures by the end of your trip. There are hundreds of locations across Walt Disney World Resort where you will find Disney's PhotoPass photographers. With Memory Maker, you will even have access to on-ride photos and videos.

As the purchaser of Memory Maker, you are not required to be in or present for every photo taken. To make sure everyone's photos do show up in your Memory Maker, you will need to link your purchase to your My Disney Experience account, if it was not done so during purchase, and then link each Guest in the group to your My Disney Experience Family & Friends list. When each Guest, their park ticket, and optional MagicBand are linked to your Family & Friends list, then anyone who stops by a PhotoPass location or enjoys an attraction that features on-ride memories will have their picture or video magically added to the Memory Maker. When linking Guests to the account, be sure to check the option to allow sharing of photos for all people.

If everyone in your party does not have a MagicBand, they can have the PhotoPass photographer scan their park ticket or use one of the PhotoPass cards given by the photographer. You can later add the PhotoPass cards to your Memory Maker account on the Disney PhotoPass website, where you can see all of the fantastic pictures and videos from your trip.

I hope you have a magical vacation at Walt Disney World Resort, and please let me know if you have any further questions!
