Smile for the camera, Jennifer! You arrive soon for your
Walt Disney World Resort visit, and I love that you're planning to capture magical memories through photos. Adding
Memory Maker to my Annual Pass has been fabulous! Let's talk about how the product works so you can say, "Cheese!"
The only place on my
mobile app that indicates Memory Maker is on my admission information. You can check yours by tapping the "My Tickets & Pass" tile on the Welcome screen. Swipe to your ticket to read its description; mine says "Disney PhotoPass Downloads," so look for similar wording to ensure
Memory Maker is linked to your ticket.
Once a
Disney PhotoPass photographer has snapped your first photo, you can select any photo to see the option to activate Memory Maker. After you've activated it, you shouldn't see watermarks on any of your images. Get ready for your close-up!
Since I can't see your account, I recommend you call the
Disney PhotoPass helpline for additional assistance or confirmation. You can also stop by any
Guest Relations location inside the theme parks for help with Memory Maker.
One of my favorite photo spots is behind
Cinderella Castle near Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. There are typically fewer guests there, so you can take breathtaking photos with no one in the frame but you. Look for the Cinderella Wishing Well for a bonus fun photo!
Jennifer, I know your trip will be picture-perfect. Thanks again for stopping by
planDisney! We'd love to help anytime.
Magic awaits,
Elaine
