Memory Maker to capture all of your magical moments. While you should have received a confirmation email, you can still check that the Memory Maker is linked to your account by following just a few simple steps.
First, log into your
My Disney Experience Account and then click on "My Plans." Once you scroll down you should see a blue link that says "My Tickets & Memory Maker." Once you click on that, and you should see your Memory Maker linked to your account, listed below your
theme park tickets.
If you still do not see your Memory Maker, I would recommend that you call Guest Services at (407) 939-5277 and they will help you find your confirmation number and link your Memory Maker.
